BBI Logistics LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Account Executive to drive the fast-paced brokerage business and build/manage your own book of business through regular communication with carriers and customers. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and leverage our proprietary TMS to coordinate freight movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management in logistics or freight.
• Proven ability to generate and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation; Creatively self‑generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base.
• Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers.
• Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software.
• Problem Solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers.
