Qualifications

• Proven ability to creatively self-generate leads.
• Willingness to work after normal hours and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute 60+ cold calls per day to build relationships.
• Manage freight movement and utilize proprietary TMS software.
• Negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers.
