Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, account coordination, logistics, supply chain, order management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan container loads and coordinate shipping schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track inbound shipments, monitor arrival dates, and resolve delays or shipment discrepancies.
• Communicate shipping updates, product availability, and potential concerns to internal teams and customers.
• Support account managers with order entry, customer follow-up, and account maintenance during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate records related to orders, shipments, product arrivals, and customer communications.
• Prepare reports related to shipment activity, customer accounts, and order status.
• Utilize Asana to manage orders, track tasks, and coordinate internal communications.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Monitor open issues and proactively follow up to support fill rate goals and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics, order management, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support company objectives and maintain strong working relationships.
