Job summary

LHH is seeking an Account Manager in Gardena, California, to support customer orders from receipt through shipment. The role involves partnering closely with Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure accurate order execution and high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Asana, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. There are flexible benefit options including medical and 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Experience managing shipments and containers.
• Ability to track orders and tasks using software.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create sales orders within 24 hours.
• Manage shipments and containers in xTuple.
• Coordinate transportation needs with Logistics.
• Maintain high accuracy across customer accounts.
• Provide coverage for other Account Managers as needed.
