Job summary

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate for a short-term, fully onsite assignment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and hands-on supervision of daily operations.

This temporary contract involves overseeing pickups, packing, and shipments, while maintaining safety and inventory integrity. Strong communication with internal teams and external partners is essential to meet delivery dates and cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience required.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems or similar tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse setting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure all necessary information is shared to meet order fulfillment timelines and required delivery dates
• Authorize and manage all outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers; determine the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling processes
• Coordinate stock replenishment from local warehouse or distribution sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards
• Monitor workflow and provide hands-on support to ensure daily operational goals are met
