Job summary

WM (Waste Management) seeks a Customer Service/Logistics Support Associate to ensure accurate and fast order processing, coordinating both domestic and international movement of recycled materials. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, building strong relationships with clients and vendors while supporting cross-department collaboration.

The role requires availability during CST business hours and entails handling invoicing, pricing reviews with Sales, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Experience: Two years in a customer service role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic Excel required.
• Must be able to live and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and production needs and schedule equipment for waste by-products.
• Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs for timely service using WM approved carriers.
• Monitor shipment status via computer system.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and investigate issues with shipments.
