• Oversee third-party vendors, carriers, and facilities to ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective service commitments.
• Monitor service performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, manifests, billing docs, and vendor invoices for data integrity.
