Job summary

CRG is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and logistics operations. You will be the main contact for customers and partners, handling delivery questions, order changes, shipment monitoring, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service and hands-on use of WMS systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie). Strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or Red Prairie.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year in customer service/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to customers and business partners via phone and email.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions or next steps.
• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress to identify potential delays or service issues.
• Communicate delivery and shipment updates to customers and internal business partners as needed.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify associated documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations within applicable systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates, and delivery-related activity.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer, shipment, and delivery issues.
• Manage multiple customer requests and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
