Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or 3PL operations.
• Strong hands-on inventory tracking and inventory control experience.
• Experience in a 3PL environment.
• Understanding of bonded cargo operations and U.S. Customs documentation.
• Knowledge of all three U.S. in-bond movement types: Type 61 – IT, Type 62 – T&E, Type 63 – IE.
• Experience with import/export documentation.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, and customer billing processes.
• Experience coordinating container movements, trucking, and warehouse orders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Supervise, train, and support a team of five Customer Service Representatives, each responsible for managing assigned customer accounts.
