Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of five CSRs, overseeing their accounts and day-to-day activities. You will coordinate 3PL activity, manage container and truck movements, and ensure smooth warehouse order flow.

You will support A/R and billing, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with import/export documentation. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred to communicate across teams and with carriers.

Qualifications

• Prior management or team leadership experience.
• Strong inventory tracking experience is essential.
• Experience with 3PL operations and shipments.
• Bonded cargo documentation experience required.
• Knowledge of US in-bond movement types 61/62/63.
• Import/export documentation and A/R/billing familiarity.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the five CSRs and their account responsibilities.
• Coordinate 3PL activity, including containers and trucks.
• Receive and coordinate orders from the warehouse.
• Support A/R and billing processes.
• Oversee inventory tracking and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with import/export documentation.
