Ascendo Resources in Miami, FL, seeks an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for an on-site role in a dynamic logistics/3PL operation. You will lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments while handling bonded cargo and import/export documentation.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily customer service activities, support AR and billing, and collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to improve efficiency and service levels. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience supervising a team in logistics/3PL environments.
• Strong inventory tracking and control is required.
• Hands-on 3PL experience with bonded cargo and customs docs.
• Knowledge of US in-bond movement types (IT, T&E, IE) is required.
• Experience with AR/billing and customer account management.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and support Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee day-to-day customer service operations in a 3PL environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate container movements, trucking, and warehouse shipments.
• Manage bonded cargo processes and customs documentation.
• Handle import/export documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely order processing.
• Support AR, billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
• Resolve inquiries and inventory/shipment discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
