Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of five CSRs, overseeing their accounts and day-to-day activities. You will coordinate 3PL activity, manage container and truck movements, and ensure smooth warehouse order flow.

You will support A/R and billing, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with import/export documentation. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred to communicate across teams and with carriers.

Qualifications

• Prior management or team leadership experience.
• Strong inventory tracking experience is essential.
• Experience with 3PL operations and shipments.
• Bonded cargo documentation experience required.
• Knowledge of US in-bond movement types 61/62/63.
• Import/export documentation and A/R/billing familiarity.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

The supervisor will oversee a team of five CSRs. Each CSR manages their own customer accounts, and the supervisor will lead the team and support customer and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the five CSRs and their account responsibilities
• Coordinate 3PL activity, including containers and trucks
• Receive and coordinate orders coming from the warehouse
• Support A/R and billing processes
• Oversee inventory tracking and help ensure inventory information is accurate
• Support import and export documentation

Must-Have Experience

• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong inventory tracking experience — this is very important
• 3PL experience
• Bonded cargo experience, including the documentation
• Knowledge of all three U.S. in-bond movement types:
• Type 61 – Immediate Transportation (IT)
• Type 62 – Transportation and Exportation (T&E)
• Type 63 – Immediate Exportation (IE)
• Import operations and export documentation experience
• A/R and billing experience
• Spanish and English are noted for the role
