Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge F&B operations across restaurants, bars, quick-service, and banquets.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation per brand guidelines.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and adherence to budgets; drive guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to manage par levels and waste.
