First National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to oversee lockbox processing, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery. You will master Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems, monitor queues, escalate issues, and mentor new hires to uphold department standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements, continuous improvement, and teamwork in an on-site environment with a focus on quality and timely performance.

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience (production or payment processing).
• Ability to understand and follow standard procedures, oral or written instruction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level proficiency on Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems.
• Monitor processing queues and proactively support the team in meeting deadlines.
• Identify processing issues, equipment concerns, or workflow disruptions and escalate promptly to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed on time in accordance with department service standards.
• Provide formal one-on-one training to new hires on core processing systems and procedures.
