Job summary

Fulton Bank in East Petersburg, PA is seeking a Lockbox Operations Leader to coordinate the daily workflow of the Lockbox Department and ensure timely posting and customer processing. This onsite role supports the Lockbox Supervisor, trains staff, and serves as the technical resource for lockbox software and equipment.

You will oversee daily processing, assist with account adjustments, and provide customer support for lockbox products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years banking operations experience, preferably in high-volume payment processing.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate morning preparation duties and ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Provide training and updates on lockbox products and services; mentor staff.
• Serve as technical resource for lockbox software and equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• In absence of supervisor, compile payroll data and perform daily reconciliations.
• Update procedures and policies; ensure compliance and timely reporting.
