Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a dedicated Payment Processor for a full-time, onsite role in Omaha. You will support lockbox processing, meet daily production targets, and ensure accurate item reporting while working with Falcons Eagle and Opex 40 systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, about 1 year of related experience in production or payment processing, and at least six months in payment processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related experience in production or payment processing.
• Six months of previous Payment Processor experience.

Responsibilities

• Production Performance Standards: meet department targets and maintain accurate daily reporting across lockbox processing.
• Quality Excellence Standards: process deposits with high accuracy and track error trends.
• Equipment Expertise: operate Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems and monitor processing queues.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: train new hires on core processing systems and procedures.
• Professional Development and Compliance: participate in problem solving, CI tickets, and compliance training.
