Job summary

Mid Penn Bank in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Banking Lockbox Representative to support inbound payment processing and outbound check generation on-site.

You will work with Cash Management to ensure accurate processing, respond to customer inquiries, and help implement lockbox services for commercial clients. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in related work; experience with cash management or remote deposit capture is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related positions preferred.
• Experience with cash management services, and/or remote deposit capture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payments into the Lockbox System according to procedures.
• Retrieve and prepare customer mail/payments from designated Post Office(s).
• Generate checks for cash management customers using a check generation program.
• Resolves questions from Lockbox customers and supports process optimization.
• Train backup for support when out of the office.
