SPS is hiring a Lockbox Processing Clerk in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role targets candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience.

The position involves opening, sorting, and scanning mail, processing checks and payments, and upholding security and accuracy standards. The team emphasizes accuracy, independence, and teamwork, with a schedule typically including Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to use/learn document scanning devices and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Opening, sorting, and scanning incoming mail according to predefined procedures.
• Operating scanning equipment to capture images of checks, payment coupons, and other documents.
• Performing quality checks to ensure all items are processed correctly.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all processed information.
• Meeting or exceeding production and quality standards set by the company.
