Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in lockbox or payment processing environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and scan incoming mail according to predefined procedures.
• Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks, payment coupons, and other documents.
• Perform quality checks to ensure items are processed correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of processed information.
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards set by the company.
