Qualifications

• 1-4 years of lock desk or pricing support experience required.
• Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and NonQM mortgage programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Lock Desk inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lock loans with investors and internal systems, and process all related data changes.
• Support pricing and eligibility rule configuration and maintenance.
