Job summary

Augment Analytics is seeking a Lock Desk/Secondary Market Manager to lead daily mortgage pricing, pricing strategy, and secondary-market execution. You will oversee rate sheet development, pricing engines, and investor delivery strategies across mortgage production channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in mortgage banking or capital markets with strong SQL and Excel skills, plus knowledge of RMBS structures and modeling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking, capital markets, secondary marketing, lock desk, pricing, or investor delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage pricing, rate sheets, loan-level price adjustments, investor execution, and secondary market operations.
• Strong SQL and MS Excel skills required
• Knowledge of RMBS securitization structures and modeling a plus

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy and Rate Sheet Management: Manage daily mortgage pricing across loan products, channels and investor outlets, develop rate sheets and margins. Ensure pricing is accurate and aligned with policy and market conditions.
• Lock Desk and Pipeline Management: Monitor locked pipeline exposure, fallout, hedge inputs, and profitability; review pricing concessions and approvals per guidelines; coordinate with Sales, Operations and Compliance.
• Secondary Market Execution: Manage loan sale execution to investors and agencies; perform best-execution analysis based on price, eligibility and servicing value; coordinate with Post-Closing and Accounting for delivery and reconciliations.
• Investor and Product Management: Maintain investor relationships; analyze overlays and delivery requirements; support new product and pricing structure implementations.
