Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and numerical reasoning aptitude required, including comfort with percentages, decimals, and basic financial calculations.
• Ability to compare data, reconcile differences, spot discrepancies, and keep working until the numbers make sense.

Responsibilities

• Learns and follows rate lock, pricing, investor, and service-level procedures.
• Reviews new rate lock requests for completeness and accuracy; escalates exceptions as needed.
• Processes rate locks, extensions, relocks, renegotiations, and loan changes accurately and within time frames.
