Qualifications

• 2 years of Receptionist/Office Assistant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with a multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming calls and greet customers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office systems in daily tasks.
• Maintain and support business processes.
• Process payments and create reports.
• Establish relationships with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
