The Kendall Group is seeking a Location Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and callers. This role involves greeting customers, directing calls, and supporting office processes in a collaborative team environment.
You will use Microsoft Office regularly, manage multiple tasks, and help maintain accurate records and reports. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site position at our Michigan location.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.
