Role Summary: Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Location Support Representative position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Work Experience: 2 Years of Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Analytics/Computer Skills: Prior experience and familiarity of multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office Systems: Excel, Word, Teams, and Office
Office Organization Skills: Excellent work ethic, good verbal, time management and communication skills; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; ability to multi-task
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Territory Manager; work well with others, and ability to explain your work and/or train them on your efforts
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
