Role Summary: Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.

What You’ll Need

• Work Experience: 2 Years of Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Analytics/Computer Skills: Prior experience and familiarity of multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office Systems: Excel, Word, Teams, and Office
• Organization Skills: Excellent work ethic, good verbal, time management and communication skills; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; ability to multi-task
• Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Territory Manager; work well with others, and ability to explain your work and/or train them on your efforts
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
