The Kendall Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Location Support Representative to direct calls, greet customers, and provide general office support within a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.
You will use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and a multi-line switchboard, maintain business processes, and assist with payments and reporting while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.
2 Years of Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience and familiarity of multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office Systems: Excel, Word, Teams, and Office
Excellent work ethic, good verbal, time management and communication skills; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; ability to multi-task
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Territory Manager; work well with others, and ability to explain your work and/or train them on your efforts
Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills

Normal Office Environment
3+ years of recent Office Assistant or Receptionist experience
