Job summary

HL Bowman Inc seeks a Branch Manager to run day-to-day operations at a Springfield location, owning the P&L and delivering exceptional service. You will lead a multi-functional team, drive growth, and partner with the GM and platform resources to solve problems and scale the business.

You will recruit, coach, and develop managers and technicians, ensuring compliance and a high-performance culture while executing the Greenfield playbook for any new market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience at the location level.
• Ability to manage a location's P&L and multi-function teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Proven ability to build a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial performance of your location, including revenue, gross margin, and controllable expenses.
• Oversee service delivery, sales, dispatch, installation, and customer experience.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and technicians.
• Identify, hire, develop, and retain talent across all levels.
• Develop plans to grow the business organically and expand market share.
• Adhere to regulatory, safety standards and brand guidelines.
• Execute Greenfield playbooks for new markets and ensure readiness.
