• Team leadership and development: Lead managers and technicians, provide coaching and accountability.
• Staffing and talent: Identify, hire, develop, and retain talent across all levels.
• Growth and customer experience: Grow market share and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Compliance and safety: Adhere to regulations and safety protocols per brand standards.
