HL Bowman Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a location, owning the P&L, customer experience, and operational execution in partnership with the General Manager.

You will drive growth, oversee staffing and safety, and collaborate with platform resources to scale performance across all local functions. This role demands accountability, fast decision-making, and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in a field services environment.
• Ability to manage a location-level P&L and lead multiple functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Proven ability to build and develop a high-performing team quickly.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technology and software to drive efficiencies.
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and financial performance of the location, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Oversee service delivery, sales, dispatch, installation, and customer experience.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and technicians.
• Identify, hire, develop, and retain location talent in collaboration with GM.
• Develop plans to grow the business, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
• Execute greenfield playbooks for new markets and manage launches.
