You will own the site’s performance including P&L, team, customer experience, and operational execution, while leveraging platform resources to drive growth. Whether running an established location or launching a new one, you set standards, hold the team accountable, and enhance the business daily with a customer-centric approach and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in field services or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a location-level P&L and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into actionable decisions.
• Proven ability to build and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own the full financial performance of your location, monitor KPIs, and take corrective action to stay on plan.
• Operational Oversight: Manage service delivery, sales, dispatch, installation, and customer experience at the location.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop managers and technicians with clear expectations.
• Staffing and Talent: Identify, hire, develop, and retain talent across all levels of the location.
• Growth and Customer Experience: Develop plans to grow the business, expand market share, and ensure exceptional service.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
