Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of management experience in a regulated, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle transactions, compliance and financial controls.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial transactions, accounts, and client relationships.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, payments, and account maintenance.
• Oversee retail transactions, deposits, and reports; align staffing to demand.
• Lead, coach, train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce policies, regulatory compliance, petty cash, receipts, and inventory.
