• 5+ years in service operations with multi-role leadership.
• Prior P&L exposure and budget awareness.
• Experience with DMS/CRM systems is required.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations and profitability.
• Supervise service advisors, foremen/technicians, and staff.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and drive service growth.
• Monitor KPIs like efficiency, profitability, and CSAT.
• Ensure work compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Manage records of repairs, parts, and communications.
