Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and business insight; ability to analyze profitability.
• Experience with AS400, SAP or similar systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness; evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business.
• Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity.
• Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success; collaborate with sales to execute a local plan.
