Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread provider in the nation, seeks a Commercial Branch Manager to lead branch operations and strategic growth. You will design and execute programs that enhance teamwork, efficiency, and profitability across all lines of business.

The role requires extensive leadership in a commercial truck service environment, with responsibility for P&L, customer relationships, and staff development. Opportunity to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and business insight with ability to analyze customer programs for profitability.
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity).
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management.
• Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base.

• Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business.
• Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity.

• Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location.
