Job summary

Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Service Center Manager to oversee daily branch service operations with a business-owner mindset. You will supervise service staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability through efficient operations and proactive communications.

Responsibilities include managing the service department, upholding standards, and aligning with budgeting and warranty policies while focusing on growth and exceptional customer experience across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations with multi-role leadership and P&L exposure.
• Strong communication, follow-through and conflict resolution; coaching as team scales.
• Familiar with DMS/CRM systems; basic analytics (Excel/BI) and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch service operations including retail/warranty service and upfit.
• Supervise service advisors, foremen/technicians and shop staff.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance; track KPIs and drive profitability.
• Build monthly forecasts, manage labor mix, and protect margins through pricing discipline.
