Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze customer programs for profitability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.).
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management.
• Strong leadership and time management skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base.
