Job summary

Deluxe in Burbank, CA is seeking a Title Manager to lead localization projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across global stakeholders and report to the Director, Title Management.

The role requires 2–5 years in localization or project management within entertainment or marketing, strong data and communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in client services/order management, Localization Producer or Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of end-to-end post-production, including marketing campaign execution.
• Ability to meticulously review orders, documentation, and data in end-to-end order management.
• Ability to adapt plans using agile approaches to meet deadlines.
• Learning agility, self-awareness, accountability, and openness to feedback for growth.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in orders.
• Collaborative mindset with teamwork focus and cross-functional experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams locally and globally; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of titled projects, on time and within budget.
• Manage large localization projects from inception to completion with quality and budget adherence.
• Improve localization pipeline with leadership, localization operations, and product teams.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous process improvements.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Understand ongoing initiatives and contribute to discussions and decisions.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor client reporting to identify trends and issues.
• Maintain accountability for billing accuracy on projects/titles.
