Job summary

Iyuno SDI Group in Burbank, CA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of dubbing projects from inception to final delivery. You will manage schedules, track milestones, coordinate with directors, adapters, and content partners, and ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires excellent written and spoken communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and post‑production workflows.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Dubbing/Post Production.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.
Comfort with creating workable production schedules.
Understanding of production accounting.
Experience with VoiceQ or similar scripting software.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Create production schedules including delivery and archiving of final assets.
Update production status trackers for A/V, deliverables, and budgets.
Track milestones and communicate changes to Title Managers.
Revise schedules per client requests and staff availability.
Coordinate scripting with Director, Adaptor & Content Partners to ensure accuracy and timelines.
Review speaking roles and oversee casting.
Direct voice talent for special projects or pickups.
