Deluxe Localization Producer in Burbank, CA, hybrid work model, leads global marketing localization across franchises and languages.

Join the Marketing Localization team to drive localization of audio, GFX, subtitling and related assets while ensuring high-quality localization of new and existing entertainment content. Coordinate with clients, operations, and production teams to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of localization/production experience in marketing/trailers/entertainment.
• Experience with audiovisual localization workflows (subtitles, VO/dubbing).
• Experience with large-scale project setup, tracking and budgeting.
• End-to-end localization for marketing, trailers, entertainment and/or gaming.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels.
• Manage large localization projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Drive project scheduling and coordinate milestones with teams.
• Improve localization pipeline with leadership and product teams.
• Make independent decisions under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Monitor localization service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
