Deluxe in Burbank, CA is seeking a Director, Theatrical Client Services to own the studio relationship and lead a world-class team through scripting, subtitling, mastering, and distribution for major releases.

You will partner with Operations, Localization, Scheduling and Technical teams, ensuring flawless delivery, timely releases, and proactive risk management under tight deadlines. Flexible hours are required due to release-driven work cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a busy, deadline-driven client environment with leadership of direct reports.
• Experience leading large, high-profile projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of digital cinema mastering and distribution workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of studio titles, from scripting and subtitling through mastering and distribution.
• Lead a team of client-facing associates and coordinate with Operations, Localization, Scheduling and Technical teams.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions to protect release dates.
• Oversee order management, scheduling, and client billing for Cinema and Subtitling services.
• Foster learning and development across the team and cross-skill between workflows.
