Job summary

Deluxe, a leader in media services, seeks a Director, Theatrical Client Services in Burbank to own the studio relationship and lead the client-facing team through scripting, subtitling, mastering, and distribution.

You will coordinate with Operations, Localization, Scheduling and Technical teams, manage risk, ensure on-time releases, and maintain quality across subtitling and mastering for major Hollywood studios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a deadline-driven client environment with direct reports.
• Proven track record leading large, high-stakes projects end-to-end.
• Knowledge of digital cinema mastering, distribution, and localization workflows.
• Strong communication, detail orientation and relationship building.
• Experience with title management, post-production or localization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior day-to-day contact for the studio across Cinema and Subtitling services.
• Own end-to-end delivery of theatrical titles from scripting to distribution.
• Lead the CSR team and coordinate with Operations, Localization, Scheduling and Technical teams.
• Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues and protect release dates.
• Drive improvements in client experience, workflows and billing processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and cross-skill opportunities.
