Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Localization Specialist to ensure timely multilingual content delivery and support for the Course Package Translation Service. The role involves tracking issues, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure high-quality translations.

You will engage stakeholders, manage translation quality programs, and leverage AI tools responsibly while maintaining accuracy and consistency across resources.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with human/machine translation and post-editing project management.
• Fluency in at least one language other than English.
• Experience with GitHub as a platform for version control.
• Experience with Translation Management Software.
• Familiarity with content and learning management systems (CMS and LMS).
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Identify localization gaps and resolve translation issues with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Course Package Translation Service.
• Develop and track translation quality programs with stakeholders.
• Analyze localization workflow issues and propose solutions.
• Develop and refine SOPs to drive efficiency.
• Create external documentation (FAQs, blogs, SOPs).
• Assist with high-priority localization tasks and initiatives.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve translation quality while ensuring accuracy.
