Job summary

Duolingo is seeking a leader in Localization within Scaling Operations to turn high-volume localization into durable, scalable systems across 30+ UI languages. You’ll own end-to-end programs that improve launch speed, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and language partners.

You will drive automation, own metrics, build partnerships, and establish workflows that boost throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrated experience crafting localization strategy and systems with product and engineering partners.
• You have led localization programs in a cross-functional consumer app environment.
• Tech-savvy with ability to scale workloads using AI, CMSs, and CAT tools.
• Excellent communication skills; you influence without authority and align stakeholders.
