Job summary

Greatjob is seeking a Local Operations / Warehouse Coordinator to support daily branch and warehouse operations in the Greater Indianapolis area. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, processing of transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle inventory, shipments, invoicing, and reporting while maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams is essential to resolve issues and improve

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operations or a related position.
• Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and branch operations to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Receive, stock, organize, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and annual physical inventories.
• Review and resolve order exceptions, shipment discrepancies, customer returns, vendor returns, and inventory issues.
• Process invoices, freight claims, credits, corrections, transfers, and month-end order closeouts.
• Support customer pickup orders, vendor relationships, and cross-functional operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with facility, administrative, and office support activities as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
