Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS/ERP.
• Some leadership experience and leading teams or work groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and labor assignments as needed.
• Lead cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Provide directions and support to the warehouse team.
• Train new hires on processes and safety expectations.
• Oversee order fulfillment, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure OSHA safety and housekeeping standards on the floor.
