Herff Jones in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong computer skills with Oracle and Microsoft Office, with leadership and organizational abilities to coordinate teams across Order Processing, Accessories, and Hoods.

The Warehouse Lead will train staff, support inventory control, and assist in other areas as needed, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills including Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate with Customer Service and Manufacturing to support order fulfillment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet physical job requirements, work overtime as needed, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

Coordinate daily warehouse operations across Order Processing, Accessories, and Hoods to maintain workflow and order throughput.
Expedite rush/specialty requests to ensure timely customer order fulfillment.
Support inventory accuracy through finished goods control, stock replenishment, and returns processing.
Move completed orders to shipping and assist across operational areas as needed.
Train and support warehouse employees; provide leadership in the supervisor’s absence.
