Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years warehouse experience with import/export receiving/shipping and inventory control.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to determine daily, weekly, and monthly workload.
• Direct team and assist with daily operations to meet objectives.
• Train new employees and re-train as necessary; ensure safety compliance.
• Unloading/loading, put away, receiving, selection, and counts.
• Communicate issues or suggestions to Supervisor; support safety initiatives.
