Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, while building local relationships and driving community engagement. Must reside in the United States and be willing to wear uniforms.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into more complex service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
