Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax prep, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support.

You’ll grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals, collaborating with teams across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless experience for each customer.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in brand advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Experience delivering client-focused tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support clients with personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
